Mcknight Place Extended Care

A variety of optional programs and services are available on-site at McKnight Place Extended Care, including the following:

Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy. Open Monday through Friday or by appointment. Our therapists work closely with the nursing staff and have extensive training with the older adult population. We use a team approach to therapy under physician supervision. Our staff has constant communication with caregivers and involvement with family members to give personalized treatments to Residents. Private therapy is also available upon request.
Medical and nursing care supplies, including incontinence briefs or pads, wheelchairs, walkers, and oxygen.
Comprehensive pharmacy services, including prescription and over the counter medications and drugs.
Private Telephone, service and equipment.
Hair Salon and Manicures.
Guest Meals and Private Catering Service.
Personal Care Companion to help with purchase of family gifts, reading, arranging parties or family events, personal shopping, escorting for off-site trips, etc.
Medical services in dentistry, podiatry, ophthalmology and psychiatry.
Fresh Floral Deliveries.
Daily Newspaper Delivery.
